Will my entire record be available on the portal?
Currently, certain portions of the record are not available electronically on the portal.
When I receive an email invitation to sign-up for FollowMyHealth, how long will the link in the email be valid?
Will online consultations be available?
No. Online consultations with physicians are not available at this time. The messaging feature may be used to ask brief, non-urgent questions.
Can I disable my FollowMyHealth account?
Yes. Within the "Connections" tab, you can remove the organization from which you no longer wish to receive information. Your account will then be disabled from further communication of medical information but the historical information will not be removed.
